How to book the hall

Hire charges

 

DAILY SESSIONS ARE

 

8am to 1 pm; 1pm to 6pm and 6pm till 12 midnight, seven days a week.

 

The charge is £20 per session with no difference between "residents" and "non-residents".  There is also no difference between "occasional" and "regular" hirers.  This charge includes the use of all the facilitiies, all electricity and water.

 

If setting up and/or clearing up is required during another session then that will be included as an extra hiring.

 

The chairs are available for hire away from the building at a charge of £20.  The hire fee applies for any day or part of a day.  A refundable deposit of £50 will be charged to cover the cost of loss, damage and breakages.

 

ALL DAY HIRINGS

 

A charge of £150 will be imposed for a commercial all-day event.
